- Chef Chong's Leftover Makeovers
- Hello! I'm Chef Chong. I'm happy to be here, cooking for you, giving you some tips, and hopefully getting you to start cooking and continue cooking! I'm from Malaysia, where I grew up on a family farm. I lived in a house of 20, so food was always a huge part of my life, especially to keep this big family happy and healthy. I loved watching my Mom cook everyday, and soon I became her little helper. Cooking became second nature to me, something that came easy to me. Some people can sing, some people can dance, I was born to cook. I love putting flavors together in my head, knowing what will go well together. Like painting, it's a creative outlet, where each ingredient, one on top of each other, blends and blends, until you have something beautiful.
